📦 Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

🚛 Delivery Time:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at extra charge)

• We currently ship across India.

💰 Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• Orders below ₹999 will be charged a flat shipping fee at checkout.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select regions. COD orders may include an extra service fee.

📦 Tracking Orders:

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS. You can track your order status directly through our shipping partner’s website.

❗ Delays:

Occasional shipping delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or logistic issues. We’ll do our best to notify you promptly. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
